How do I register my products as recommended products on the main page?

 

Recipients of recommendation
Global members who registered to www.tradeKorea.com as ‘Trust Member’ or the upper member level
* Premium members’ products are preferentially selected

Terms of selection
1. Registration status of products
   - Detailed information (at least 100 characters)
   - Clear and Clean images
2. Contents status of an e-catalog
   - Company’s logo
   - Detailed company profile (at least 200 characters)
   - Numbers of posted products (More than 5 products)

What is the difference between Products and Selling leads?

 

Product : Something that is produced and sold in large quantities, often as a result of a manufacturing process, and
that is the primary thing to promote your sales by posting in e-catalogues.

Selling Leads : This is for sale purpose provided by suppliers. Basic information including Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ),
delivery-lead time, and payment mode is required.

How do I upgrade my membership ?

 

Memberships and grading process of tradeKorea.com

- After completing each step(Step 1 ~ Step 4) in order, approval by administrators is required.
  Getting approval will allow you to become a ‘Trust Member’. If you are a Trust Member, you will get points upon your
  participation in various activities.

- On the basis of the total points from index of activity, index of existing and index of administrator, you will upgrade
  to a Premium Member automatically when your total points reach 1,000 points.

- You are able to check your points : My tradeKorea > My Accounts > My point status. Points will be granted on the
  basis of 3 indexes as follows :

Index of Activity

Points will be granted upon a member’s own activities at tradeKorea.com.
Activities such as posting leads, listing items, and logging in etc. can make points, and those points will be totally
added up.

Index of Existing

Points will be granted upon member’s trustworthy information - company information, KITA member, company
credibility, etc. – which can be identified through the grading table by administrators. You can get a chance to
make some points by just entering correct information.

Index of Administrator

Points will be granted upon an administrator’s use of your company info or your commitments to various activities -
recommendations, applications for tradeKorea’s activities, and posting in the tradeKorea’s newsletters -
for both tradeKorea.com or KIITA.

How can I find my ID/PW?

 

1. Forgot your ID?
    - Click “Forgotten ID or Password”, enter ‘Country and registered email address’.
    - You can check ID in your registered email inbox.

2. Forgot your E-mail address?
    Click “Help > Contact us”, enter basic information(Company/President/Another email address).
    The administrator will check it and reply by an e-mail.

3. How can I change my ID?
     In our policy, you must have one ID as a business in principle.
     If you want to change your ID,
     - Click 'Help > Contact us' and request us to delete your existing ID.
     - The administrator will check your request and delete your existing ID.
     - After taking these steps, you can join with a new ID.

4. Forgot your Password?
    - Click “Forgotten ID or Password”, enter ‘Country & Member ID & registered email address
    - You can check Password in your registered email inbox.

5. To change a new password
    - Home > my tradekorea > my accounts > Change Password
