This is a new kind of sauce derived from the existing notion of Soonchang Moonokrae Hot Pepper Paste. The new sauce retains the paste's combination of red pepper's hot flavor and fresh tomato. While making the most of the flavor and function of Hot Pepper Paste which relies on fermented foods and well-matching the peculiar oriental flavor of Hot Pepper Paste and the western flavor of tomato,it additionally contains various nutrients, mainly protein and sugar, net amino acid of glutamic acid and lysine, AMP etc.
In comparison to the existing sauce, it is low in sugar(13%), and citric acid, seven kinds of organic acids, capsaicin and the like make up only 2.93% of the product.

Usage

It can be spread over pork fried food such as a pork cutlet or used as for dipping. It also accentuates the flavor by mixing with the seasoning of grilled pork.
