Features

This machine cuts ordinary fabrics lengthwise to be used for vertical blinds and winds them tightly.
It uses 34 pieces of oval knives made of H.S.S. (high speed steel)
As it has a pneumatic system, any piece of thread do not come loose out of the cut section.
It takes 5~6 minutes to cut 1 roll of fabrics which is 60 meters long.
It can reduce the burden of keeping the fabrics for sunscreen or roll blinds in stock.
The pneumatic roll bar system automatically prevents a situation in which cut fabrics wind, leaning to one side.
The worker can adjust the degree of tightness or looseness when winding fabrics.
As it has a pneumatic cutting system, any piece of thread do not come loose out of the cut section.

In addition to that, we have been producing and installing blind fabrics and finished blinds since 1997 thanks to accumulated know-hows on blind production acquired from our machine developments.
