Features
- Dyna Quench 625 provides maximum hardness value because of fast initial quenching speed feature while it passing through steam film (forming) and cooling stage and a slow cooling feature while it passes through the lowest temperature area (convection stage). Also minimizes deformation and residual stress.
- Dyna Quench 625 minimizes consumption of fluid because it provides low viscosity and good evaporation resistance and can be easily cleaned after alkali cleaning and quenching.
- Dyna Quench 625 provides long lifetime of quenching oil under normal work condition because it has an excellent thermal stability.

Application
- Dyna Quench-625 can be appropriately used for treatment items of various steel types and different heat treatment equipments, and can be also used when transmission units such as gears, axles and shaft, bearing tools and metal molds are quenched.
Specially, it is widely used for open type quench tank, and pit type or salt bath equipment in a continuous line.
