Features
We have various PTFE Water Base coatings according to the color and physical property and we are making a constant effort to develop coating materials based on the demand of customer.
Operation method
Remove contaminants -> Drying -> Sanding -> Primer Coating -> Sintering -> Mid Coating(In case of 3 Coating type) -> Top Coating -> Sintering -> Cooling
Application method
- Remove contaminants : Surfaces must be clean and dry otherwise, They cause a rough surface, poor adhesion and pin holes of coating.
- Sanding : The surface should be treated with sandblasting, liquid honing, or an equally effective process. When sandblasting, a 80~100 mesh sand powder should be used for the iron or stainless steel base materials.
- Coating : Coating preparation
- Firmly seal the container, slowly rotate the container at an angle ten times by hand, and then mix the solution with a rotating mixer until it is evenly dispersed. Do not open containers until ready to use. Keep lid on container when not in use.
- Filter the solution with a 100-200 mesh stainless steel screen after rotating enough times.
- Spray nozzle : 0.8-1.3mm, spray pressure : 1.5-2.5kg/m3
Recommended distance between the spray gun and the substrate : 15-25cm

Sintering
- When sintering primer, temperature is 110°C ~ 180°C according to the coating.
- In case of same product, As the sintering temperature is higher, quality of coating become better.
- Progressively raise temperature and maintain the maximum temperature for 5 minutes.
- Suddenly heating can cause air bubbles, poor adhesion
Caution
- White spots may appear on the surface of the substrate when the substrate and coating is cold, especially in winter time because of a problem in coating flow. To avoid this phenomenon, please keep it warm(over 10°C) and pre-heat it before working.
- Keep adequate ventilation during application
- Don't mix other types of paint. especially, separate from Powder Coating.
- Ideal storage temperature is 5°C ~ 30°C in warehouse.
