Production Capacity: Our Company’s fine spherical power production line with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons is currently China’s largest device with the most advanced technologies. All product indexes have already reached the domestic leading level and the particle size can be adjusted between 0-45 um as needed. Our products are featured by the following “three highs”:

High yield of fine powders: The rational structure of supersonic atomizer can produce product of D 50 = 0-45 and other specifications, and the yield of fine powders of D 50 ≤ 17 um can be up to more than 90%.
Test Report: Our Company's products have met various kinds of requirements on grades and specifications of China's national military standard GJB1738-93 (Specification of Extra-fine Aluminum Powder), American national military standard Specification MlL-A-23950A (AS), China's national standard GB2082-80 (Industrial Aluminum), and GB2085-89 (Flammable Aluminum Powder).
Our Company adopts the international detecting techniques of particle size analysis by laser or gravity sedimentation, and can provide test reports using different detection methods according to user requirements. The following is FLQT-5 # curve adopting the particle size analysis by laser.

Packaging should be sealed at all times.
The products should be transported by covered trucks and kept from throwing, knocking, and upside-down during loading and unloading.
The products should be stored in dry and ventilated storehouses, not less than 1M away from heaters and windows.
There are mainly two methods for the extraction of manganese metal: Hot method (fire method) and electrolysis method (wet method). For the production by hot method, the purity (of manganese metal) is not more than 95 ~ 98%.

The company, founded in 1993, is the biggest manganese product enterprise of Asia and has developed into a large-scale hi-tech chemical enterprise integrating mining, selection, smelting, and research as a whole. With a registered capital of RMB57.95 million, the company covers an area of more than 800mu and owns total assets of RMB828.22 million, including fixed assets of RMB628.22 million.
The company is mainly engaged in the production and development of “Xuesong” series products, such as electrolytic manganese metal, electrolytic manganese dioxide, sulphuric acid, superfine global aluminum, aluminum nitride powder, lithium manganate, etc. Now, it is able to annually produce 30,000t electrolytic manganese metal, 12,000t lectrolytic manganese dioxide, 60,000t sulphuric acid, 6,000 superfine spherical aluminum powder, 500t aluminum nitride powder, and 3,000t lithium manganate. With 6.5 million tons of manganese carbonate reserves, the company reaches 17% in an average grade of manganese carbonate and has formed the annual production capacity of 300,000t manganese ore. Concerning the corporate management, the company has gradually realized ERP Management System from production to processing, packaging, storage and transportation, measuring, marketing, finance, and after service, and also established and completed all kinds of quality standards and management systems.
