Features
TK100 provides two-axis tracking method for Korean DBS (direct broadcasting satellite) reception. As in conventional antenna, a mechanical motor is used for azimuth tracking, and exceptionally electronic component named phase shifter is used for elevation tracking.
Phase shifter has been used in the restricted antenna applications such as military and aircraft due to its high cost. TK100 is the first commercial antenna derived from the world's lowest-cost phase shifter developed by our own technology.
Phase shifter enables TK100 to have wide coverage in elevation angle, so that robust to the inclined road. It also enables in-phase combination of parallel radiators, so that TK100 show the world's lowest profile.
