good toughness and high compression strength,For fracture - susceptible cutting, stamping and flow forming tools.( high strength toughness,wearable,high chromium steel.

3. Characteristics
good wear resisitance; high anti-pressure strenght and quenching –hardenability and high temperature oxidation resistance; good abrasion resistance after quenching and polishing; little deformation of heat treatment
Secondary sclerosis can gain some hot rigid, it’s suitable for moulds which need work under 400-500℃ or need nitriding treatment.

a. Anneal: 840-860℃ Hardness: 207-255HB
b. Quench temperature: 980-1040℃, oil cooling or air cooling
c. Tempering temperature: 510-540℃,tempering 2 times
d. Hardness: 60-64HRC

All kinds of high precision, long life of cold work mould, cutting tools, and measuring tools, such as complex shape of punching concave die, cold extrusion die, roll silk wheel, rub silk plate, cold shear knife and cutting precision measuring tool etc.
