PMPF aluminium moulds are in high quality and cost effective and where practical, the mold workshop's engineers are experienced in polyfoam moulding industry, especially in the RC HOBBY MODEL PLANES area. When receiving a new product design, our engineers work out the best solution in how to making the tooling based on the size of the part and suitability of the material. If client require to make Prototypes, we can also make both by CNC routing and mannual shape cutting based on the part's size and sturcture. Before a project entering into mass production, we can also open sample mold cavities to make samples, in that way, the clients are rest assured that the cost are saving and risk are decreasing. According to our moulding machine's tech data, we provide the multiple cavities to allow cost effective part product for your projects.

Solutions for core vents impression on the mould

Most aluminium moulds contain core vents to efficiently transfer steam and pressure into the mould and custom designed cooling sprays to allow rapid cooling and faster cycling of the product, reducing the cost to you. While PMPF is also able to make the moulds without core vents in some condition. Such as for model planes, client may require the wing surface does not have any vents impression, and for the automotive sunvisors, client would also require the EPP sunvisor surface do not have vents impression, then our engineers will find out the solution to decrease or remove them. To point out that we are able to make the sunvisors both side surfaces without any core vents impression. In addition, aluminium grades chosen for mould construction represent the optimum between strength, durability and cost.

Exportation of EPP/EPS/EPO Aluminum Moulds

Our experienced engineers have a good knowledge of both domestic and foreign brand moulding machines like Shunjie, Fangyuan and Kurtz, Alesssio, Erlenbach,etc , if client do not want to make the foam parts in our factory, we also can export the moulds directly. Clients just need to send us the part's 3D drawing, their moulding machine's tech data and the mold frame information and also the foam part's shrinkage ratio. Before start the tooling process, we send mould layout 3D drawing for client approval, then making the tooling so that everything is correct.
