Product Information
Hexagonal Boron Nitride is one of the advanced ceramic with hexagonal crystal struture. It has special and good physical and chemical property like thermal conductivity,electric insulation, chemical corrosion resistance and oxidized resistance, etc.The powder can resists 1000℃ in air and 2000℃ in netural reduction environment. Jonye produce BN through 1950℃ high temperature facility that can get stable crystalized powder with high thermal conductivity(250-300W/MK).Now we can supply 500nm-20micron(single crystal size) flate shape powder and also 100nm ball shape powder.
With it’s high thermal conductivity and electric insulation, BN gets more and more intention on solving thermal issues for themal conductive plastic, filler for semiconductors, packing material for LED. In normal industry like metal foundry, glass foundry, special lubricating oil, BN have good performance also.
