- Control Panel
- Optical Block: The Optical Block is a major component of the Headlamp Aimer and provides stable mounting and a clean operating environment for the CCD Camera, Fresnel lens, and measuring plane. The headlamp beam is collected by the Fresnel lens and forms an image on the measuring plane; the CCD Camera transfers the image to the image processing board for subsequent analysis. The Block features a metal enclosure with hinges and lock for easy maintenance access.
- CCD Camera : The camera is specially selected for capturing headlamp aim images. The system computer can remotely control the camera's electronic aperture, gain, and gamma through a serial communications link for optimum performance.

In 1987, HBEP started providing various kinds of equipment for both R&D and line test for vehicles as one of the domestic agents of Burke E. Porter Machinery Co. in the USA. In July 1996, HBEP established a separate corporation and it is currently playing a role as a local agent of nineteen advanced foreign companies which handle automotive testing equipment.
HBEP also succeeded in localizing the major test equipment based on technical cooperation with advanced foreign companies so that it is currently manufacturing and providing powertrain-engine-vehicle test equipment, automotive environmental test chambers, and engine and powertrain assembly test equipment. It becomes a major provider of local vehicle test equipment through these cooperative relationships.To localize the equipment, HBEP has been running its own electrical & mechanical assembly shop, as well as test room, in Shihwa industrial complex, Gyunggi-do.
