Grace Electronics is a leading company of ECL/PECL oscillators and TCXO in Korea.
Since 1997, Grace Electronics has manufactured Frequency Control devices and improved the characteristics. Even though our main products are UM series crystal units, VCXO and TCXO, Grace Electronics provide all kinds of crystal parts.

The Jitter or Phase Noise is a very important parameter for the high stability oscillator used for data communication. In order to improve the quality of Jitter, Phase Noise and Aging, we use the advanced crystal units and circuits not by the multiplying method using PLL IC or Tank Circuit. Also, we are lapping crystal blanks with a high grade of abrasive powder : above 6000 mesh instead of 4000 mesh. Our pure water system controls the water resistance up to 18M ohm. We have a 1000 Class clean room.

We apply the re-crystallizing technique to improve the adhesive strength between metal electrodes and crystal blank.
We do not add a Ni or Cr additive that may stress the crystal blank. Grace Electronics has developed some simulated programs which help our engineers design TCXO and SMD blanks precisely and easily.
