On basis of the MOD active analog feedback driven vibration isolation technology, Halcyonics now offers the new generation of active vibration isolation platforms. There are two cost-effective standard versions available now:
- MOD-SW 800 (maximum load: 825 kg)
- MOD-SW 1100 (maximum load: 1125 kg)

MOD-SW platforms are the ideal vibration isolation solution for very sensitive mid to large size applications. Most of these platforms are used for active isolation of Scanning Electron Mictroscopes. If building vibrations decrease the performance of high resoluted measurements, the new MOD-SW platforms ensure best performance.

In addition to excellent vibration isolation the major advantage of the system is its very compact and slim design (height approx. 132 mm. In comparison to some other vibration isolation platforms on the market there are no isolation legs blocking the access to the side panels in case of a required microscope service.
