Product Information
This special milling machine (SYR-1616) is composed of lathe bed, ram
guideway, slide carriage, power head, cooling water tank, etc. The main
transmission is gear drive which is smooth and stable. Rack cutting
worktable, feed worktable, and lift trasmission adpot high precision ball
screw transmission.
Main features are high rigidity, high precision, high efficiency, low noise,
stable milling.
SYR-1616 is used for production of straight rack, skew rack. Rack
dimensions which is below M8 can be formed at one stroke.. It adopts
KND system, Simens system, Servo Motor Control, etc (can be
customized according to customer requirements), to achieve milling
automatically.
SYR-1616 is easy to operate, simple to achieve a multi-machine
operation, saving production costs.
