With more and more LED screen widely used, ‘blurry screen’, ‘dirty screen’ such ‘can’t calibrate’ problems has become a bottleneck that directly reduce LED screen working life and increase practice cost as well as restrict the development of LED industry. With 3 years unremitting effort, Dalian Dawning successfully developed ‘luminance and chrominance correction system’. Our own R&D ‘Online full-color LED screen luminance correction and color gamut optimization method’ has obtained national invention patent which can make 14bit pixel correction for LED chips luminance and wavelength attenuation. This has filled a blank of internal market and will completely improve current LED screen display effect as well as promote our production export capability.

Corporate Mission: The advantage of Dalian Dawning： Our own R&D ‘Online full-color LED screen luminance correction and color gamut optimization method ' is according to obtained color coordinate of each pixel RGB chips, via analyzing, comparing double targets and six variable mode of luminance and color gamut; output pixel correction control parameter, in developing pixel with correction function full-color screen control system, adjust the drive current pulse width duty ratio of target pixel RGB LED chips on control board, make the adjusted pixel RGB chips luminance and wavelength altered conforming to control requirements request. Then clear the effect of LED RGB chips wavelength and luminance drift on color, improve display quality and effect under premise of ensuring luminance. The correction function of Dalian Dawning R&D control system is a core technology in LED application. In LED planar display, luminance and color gamut double targets correction at present is an unsolved technology difficulty in domestic. We have obtained national invent patent by August, 2008 and the patent number is ZL 2008 1 0012774.0. Compare to existing domestic products, the structure design of our LED display control system has been greatly simplified, also the products reliability got improved and the cost was reduced about 50% which can effectively improve production competitiveness and make us a leading position in domestic market.
