After each lot of material has been weighed, it is laid on the conveyer lattice which automatically carries the material of an amount as required by the Feeder, onto the bottom lattice. In the Hopper section, the material is carried on spikes attached to an endless upward-inclined lattice and them beaten off by the rotary beater, with excess of material knocked back, hence being discharged out of the machine. The photoelectric system with a photo-cell installed within the machine controls the start and stop of the conveyer.

The machine can be suitably used for all types of fiber, wool, wollen, animal fiber, chemical of synthetic and their blends in any length. Higher operating efficiency, minimize damage to fibers and reduced fly waste contribute to more savings in man-power, production of better quality yarns and increased overall mill productivity.
