1. Induction heating furnace for CGL, CCL, EGL, PGL
In process of Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) the galvanized surface is heated by Induction Heater to become Zn-Fe alloy which is harder and its fusion point is higher than pure zinc, so its weld ability is good, and it is possible for diversification of post treatment which is enforced for corrosion improvement of plated products.
2. Edge heater for Hot Mill plant
Due to the temperature decrease in edge, it deteriorates metallurgical characteristics partially and can be the cause of poor quality and defect. Edge Heater is installed in front of finishing mill and increases temperature of edge of bar by induction heating which has gone through the process of roughing rolling.
