The quenching and controlled cooling is an important technology to improve performance of material, achieve reduction, save energy and reduce consumption, which has acquired the major support of the country in the field of steel rolling, metallurgical machinery and automation. The pre-hardening system for flat die steel, which is originally developed by Beijing AnXinZhongYuan Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd and University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) in cooperation, has reached the world leading level in less than three months after the completion of this system in 2011 with its quenching thickness reaching up to 150mm of flat steel using the technology of frequency amplitude pulse control (FAPC).
This first energy-saving quenching machine made by the founder of company and USTB has stood strict production test and gained two patents. Besides, this machine has solved the technical problem in quenching machine of water shortage, this technology make quenching machinery of our company prove to be first class quench equipment. Thanks to the popularization of this proprietary technology , more than 10 sets of large mechanical equipment for quenching and controlled cooling are developed, including the first accelerated cooling after normalizing furnace(NAC)electromechanical system, the first online accelerated-cooling(ACC)and direct quenching(DQ)mechanical system, the first strong and weak cooling electromechanical system after large-sized furnace, the first ACC mechanical system after large-scale rolling mill, which have successfully produced pipeline steel, high-strength steel and military naval steel and many a kind of domestic ally badly-needed steel.
