WV Design Studio was launched in 2013 by Korean designer Wonsik Chae and Boryoung Kim. Having studied industrial design at Hongik University and having gained valuable IT device and furniture design experience, both designers have won acclaimed awards including the red dot and iF design Award.
We’ve designed home network system for Samsung SDS, Korea; office task chair for Livart, Korea; urban greening system module for Eden Greening, Korea; portable humidifier for Bluchoice, Korea; mobile application for Nsynapse, Korea.
Both comprehensive and innovative, WV Design Studio’s design work cuts across commercial and cultural practices as well as high-tech and low-tech modes of production.
WV Design Studio is the Consultancy, the most prolific form, listens to a company as a client, shaping a program of design that is more about making sure the client is happy with the project.
