Sepa-Dryer have been applied on many sludge treatment plant in Korea since 2007 and gotten with good references continuously.
It only need electricity for air drying process and doesn't need any other heat source.
High velocity and circling air drying process dries evey kind of sludge effectively including high viscocity sludge, organic sludge, inorganic sludge, chemical sludge and etc.
The throughout capacity of inlet is possible to make from 250kg/h upto 1,500kg/h for one unit of our cake dryer with energy consumption less than 0.62 kwh for 1kg. water reduction.
Automatic control of operation and real time measurement device make easy moisture control while drying.

Our cake dryer have been applied on many sludge treatment plant in Korea since 2007 and gotten with good references continuously.

Regarding to sludge cake treatment process, we have designed and manufactured useful conveying equipment including to shaftless screw conveyor and chain fleight conveyor since 2005.
