【Composition】The mixture of acrylic resin and catalyst

【Application and performance】
1. M-10 matting agent, without the wax, used for polyester/epoxy powder coating system.
2. M-10 has good matting performance, suitable for 5% 60°above gloss.
3. M-10 does not react with epoxy.
4. Dosage drastically reduced compared to similar products on the market and significantly reduce costs.
5. It can offer good mechanical property, excellent leveling property, perfect anti-yellowing property and the clear coating effect in the powder coating.
6. Heavy metal contents of this product conforms to the EU RoHS standard.
【Dosage】
M-10 matting agent premix with other material and extrude.The dosage of M-10 is 1-3.1% of the total amount in powder coating formula.The more of the dosage,the lower for the gloss.

1.Slight excess of epoxy in the formulation is conducive to leveling and matting performance.
2.Increasing the content of the filler is conducive to matting.
3.Add suitable accelerator / catalyst to improve impact property, but it may cause the rising of coating surface gloss and the reduction of the leveling performance.
4. It can match the most of the 5:5 and 6:4 polyesters in domestic market.
【Package and storage】
The product is packed in polyethylene-lined composite kraft bag, the net weight is 25 kg per bag.
Sealed, please store in a cool and dry place, far away from heat and fire. Avoid direct sunlight. The reasonable shelf life is at least 12 months.
