Highly recommended for restaurants, hotels, and cafes etc. It comes with the flexibility of modular design of different combinations of open burners & griddle. It is made of high quality stainless steel, giving it a very deluxe appearance yet being priced economically.
This design has incorporated the universal manifold feature, which enables our range to be switched to other modular combination of griddle and open burners easily, even on site.
Open burner & gas griddle standard features:
- High burner ratings which increases your efficiency:
- Open burner: 24 MJ/hr (22,800 Btu/hr) - N.G.
- Griddle burner: 22.5 MJ/hr (21,300 Btu/hr) - N.G.
< Operating gas pressure: N.G. (1.00 kPa), LPG (2.75 kPa) > - Deluxe stainless steel: front and sides, valve panel, front rail, backguard, grease trough, adjustable feet.
- Heavy duty open burner throttle.
- Individual pilot, thermocouples and flame failure device for each burners. If the burner flame were accidentally extinguished, the flame failure safety device would operate and cut the gas flow to the mail burner.
- Installation: can be either counter top or floor type (on the stand).
- Thermocouples & flame failure device for all burners. Models without thermocouples & flame failure device are available. Please call us for detail.
- Optional accessories: flat packed stainless steel stand.
- Please specify gas type and pressure when ordering gas equipment. Gas type: Natural Gas (N.G)or Liquid Propane Gas (LPG).
