This Heat treatment furnaces is for heat treatment steel products and forged products.

1) Overview

Our heat treatment furnace is for heat treatment of cast and forged products, and equipped with a high-performance furnace suitable for materials and uses. Using ceramic fiber as the main material of the furnace that has an excellent insulation property and a small thermal storage amount, it is designed to be operated conveniently and efficiently with focus on energy saving and quality improvement. It is composed of a body, a door, a combustion facilities, safety devices, a control system, a furnace pressure control system, and a recuperator.

2) Features

a. Designed to enable various types of heat treatment through the

programmed controller and maintain temperature distribution in the furnace evenly, it

can produce best-quality products.

b. Designed to maintain temperature difference within ±5°C during the entire heating

process with selection of the On-Off Pulse control method for the control of

temperature in the furnace.

c.Enables fuel saving by maintaining pressure and temperature in the furnace,

minimizing damage of refractory, and preventing the inflow of external air.

d. Equipped with a variety of up-to-date safety devices including the programmed control

system for efficiency and safety in operation.

e. Has an energy-saving structure (Recuperator or Self-Recuperative Burner).
