【Pharmacology Action】

This good has a great effect to play against livestock trypanosomiasis, pear-shaped insects and Anaplasma ( anaplasmosis ). Medicine concentration in blood is high after injection, but duration is short, it is mainly used for the treatment, prevention effect is not really good. Its mechanism of action is selectively block trypanosome kinetoplast DNA synthesis or replication, and cell nucleus to produce irreversible binding, thereby allowing the trypanosome kinetoplast disappear, does not split the breeding.

【Indications】Antiprotozoan Agent. Against babesia, piroplasmosis and trypanosomiasis.
【Application and Dosage】Intramuscular injection, one dosage. Horse 3-4mg/ 1kg weight, pig cattle sheep 3-5mg/ 1kg weight.

Before clinical use, it should be diluted in 5-7% solution.

【Notice】

1.This product is toxic, safety limits small. High-dose application of cattle, sheep may be caused ill at ease, frequent urination, muscle tremors and other adverse reactions;

2.Camel is sensitive to the product, usually do not apply to it; horse is more sensitive, adding the dosage should be prudent; Buffalo is more sensitive than cattle, it should be careful for the application.Large dose application can make cow milk yield reduction.

3. Local intramuscular injection are irritating, which can cause swelling and it should be for deep intramuscular injection for multiple spots.
