Brief introduction of JZC400 concrete mixer
JZC400concrete mixer is a gravity type of double-conic reversing drum concrete mixer, discharging with the double wimble rotating reversely, JZC400 concrete mixer transit by gear, the drum rotates clockwise during mixing and anti-clockwise during discharging, the mobile electric concrete mixer is mainly composed of mixing drum, feeding hopper, and water supply.
JZC400 concrete mixer can mix plasticity and damp-dry rigid concrete. These mixer services for ordinary construction site, roads, bridge projects and precast plant. The electric mobile concrete mixer machine can be dragged to move by two wheel，the Max speed is 20km/h. It is easy to operate by electrical control box. Electric power supply, driven by electric motor，according to different feeding way, mobile electric concrete mixer can realize hoist hopper feeding and skip hopper feeding.
Working principle of JZC400 concrete mixer
They mix the material by rotating positively, and discharge by rotating reversely. There are two types of blades attached to the inner walls of the drum. One set drags the concrete upwards and toward the center of the mixer when the drum rotates in one direction; the second set of blades pushes the concrete toward the opening when the drum rotates in the other direction. The blades have a spiral arrangement to obtain the desired effect for discharging and mixing.
