Earthing for Health & EMF Protection

Grounding, or earthing, refers to connecting electrically with the Earth.

A growing body of research is finding numerous health benefits as a result of the physical body being grounded.

Our modern environment is full of a wide spectrum of electromagnetic radiation, from computers, mobile phones & masts, radio & TV broadcasts, WiFi, Bluetooth, power lines, domestic wiring, and other electrical appliances. This electromagnetic raditation induces voltages in our bodies, disrupting the trillions of subtle electrical communications which are a vital part of the function of our body's systems. By being grounded to the Earth we greatly reduce the levels of these induced voltages, as we are then effectively shielded by the Earth's large electrical mass.

People who notice negative effects from using computers or other electrical equipment report or elimination of these effects when grounded.

Earthing Bed Pad

Earthing is fast-growing well-being movement based upon the discovery that connecting to the earth's natural energy is foundation for vibrant health.

This is a universal grounding / earthing bed pad for gruonding indoors. It is a 95% cotton and 5% sliver fibers.

The conductive silver fibers is woven througout the material-in total each sheet contains nearly 200m/square meter of anti-tarnishing, conductive silver(3.5%Ag) and 45% anti-bacterial cotton containg silver filament(1.5%Ag). Colour is natural cotton(beige color, brown color).

The silver fabrics of earthing pads are backed of polyester fibers and cover sheet for comfort.

Towards the edge of the sheet is a connection stud where the connection cord fits.

Direct skin contact with the pad is required for optimal use, so the pad should be placed on top of your normal sheet.

This product set includes everything you need for use : the earthing pad a 4.0m connection cord, and safety plug of earth connection.

Washing and care instructions

The earthing pad may be machine washed at a warm temperature(up to 40'c / 105'F). It may be tumble dried using a medium setting(up to 65'C / 150'F). Do not dry clean. Do not use chlorine bleach or liquid fabric softener, or any detergent contaning bleach or fabric softener, as this can impair the conductivity of your pad.

Avoid applying lotions, creans, or oils to the skin before bedtime on parts of your body that will be in contact with the earthing pad. Such substances oxidise and can impair surface conductivity.
