Product Information
Properties: Non-durable flame retardant for woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics which are made of cellulose, wool, viscose or synthetic fiber Semi-durable flame retardant for many kinds of blended fabrics Good compatible with adhesive (preliminary tests are necessary)
Good compatible with water and easily seep into the fabrics Soft and comfortable feeling after treatment Not only can be applied by dip-padding, but also can be applied by dipping or spray (especially suit for the interior textiles being water washing or dry-cleaning)
Barely crystallize on the fabrics under extremely harsh climatic condition Typical application process: Flame retardant CGN can be soluble in water with any size, so it can be directly added into the finishing bath. Some necessary surfactants are added to ensure the penetration function to the fabrics.
Curing temperature is between 100-130℃ The using amount of FR-CGN is depending on the fabric texture and absorbability, flammability requirement, other auxiliaries in the bath, etc.
