DONGCHEN Js3000 compulsory concrete mixer is compulsory twin-shafts concrete mixer, which is composed of feeding system, discharging system, water supply system and electrical system. we use high manganese wear-resisting cast steel lining board and mixing blades which is durable and convenient to replace. JS series of concrete mixer we have: JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS2000, JS3000, and JS4000.

JS 3000 compulsory concrete mixer are mainly used to produce commodity concrete, such as hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluid concrete, various mortars, etc.
Js3000 compulsory concrete mixer can not only work independently, but also can be adopted as the mixer in the concrete batching plant which can be used for various kinds of large, medium or small prefabricated factory, construction sites roads, bridges, airports and tunnels etc.
Working Principle of Js3000 compulsory concrete mixer.
Mixing system is composed of electric motor, reducer, exposed gear, and lubrication system.There are two horizontal mixing shafts in the mixing drum, and the mixing blades are fixed at the two mixing shafts. The reducer with double gear is driven by electric motor, and the two shafts driven by exposed gear are rotating in the opposite direction at the same speed.There is one discharge gate at the bottom of the mixing drum, discharging by manual handle or pneumatic device.
