The CCS family has made progress again.
While maintaining all the key features CCSI has, CCSII has become lighter by 40~60% and shorter in height by 40%, which increases efficiency in shipping and installation.
Crash Cushion System II (CCSII) is designed to protect motorists and motor vehicles in the roadway. CCSII is manufactured with 100% zinc galvanized steel structure that enhances the service life for the product with low maintenance effort. It is particularly durable against UV rays and corrosion.
CCSII is successfully tested by both the light vehicle (900kg) and pickup truck (1500kg) at speeds up to 100km/h and safely redirect errant vehicles on impact up to 20-degree angle into the side of the structure.
Interchangeable components make it easy for highway agencies to repair the product at inexpensive costs.
