If spraying it inside the green case, it reduces defects at vulcanizing process by improving lubrication between inner liner and bladder, and it prevents to adhere inner liner and tube by frictional heat of the tire during driving.
│ FEATURE │
1. Excellent releasing performance due to little congeniality between Green Case and Bladder rubber
2. Good lubrication between rubber and rubber as well as inertness under vulcanizing conditions.
3. Even spray due to little surface tension, little change of viscosity due to temperature change and excellent thermal resistance.
4. As this product has the shear stability, it has the excellent adhesiveness without running down property at coating or spray, so it prevents the secondary contamination of working place and finished goods due to release of the filler, etc. after vulcanizing, and improves the process and workability.
5. No bad effect on adhesion between rubber and rubber
