RE1000GTI-B (Inside Release Agent), when sprayed and vulcanized with proper amount inside of Green Case, reduces defects by enhancing lubrication between the Inner Liner and Bladder, and prevents the adhesion of Inner Liner and Tube of motor vehicle in motion due to frictional heat.
│ FEATURE │
1. Excellence of releasing performance guaranteed thanks for low affinity with Green Case and Bladder rubber.
2. Inactive even under vulcanized condition, as well offering good lubrication between rubbers.
3. Capable to evenly spray with low surface tension. Only minor viscosity variation allowed with outstanding heat resistance.
4. Product guaranteed of no running down during coating work with its anti-shearing safety, excellent adhesion, and improved process together with high workability, leading to no secondary pollution at work place and finished products, which may be caused by staining and peeling off of filler & etc. after vulcanizing treatment.
5. No adverse interference on adhesion between rubbers.
6. Faster drying speed and better air breeding than RE1000GTI.
