Machine here, the bottles conveyed from the washer are filled with fresh milk liquid by gravity filling method. Bottles are feed at regular intervals by star wheel, then filled through nozzles of Liquids tank. All product contact parts are made of acid proof stainless steel. Designed for compact and sturdy structure. Rotary filler with capping station as mono block. Well adjusted to the small bottle size. Very easy to flush clean and steam. Simple maintenance and operation. High speed with accurate filling. Cold or hot filling of liquid possible. Synchronized line operation.
- This system consists of bottle unscrambling, ionizing, filling and screw capping.
- Each separate machine operation is interlocked together and synchronized.
- All the parts in contact with product or water is made of food grade.
