Wantong listened to our customer and understood their demand, the innovative wire-rod shot blast system serves for many industries like, reinforced bar making, machining work, bolt, screw, nail making, etc...
Instead of single piece processing machines, WQPY can process a batch of wire-rod once with Max. Weight up to 2.5 tons, and finish the surface cleaning job within 7-8 minutes.Moreover, the rotation type loading worktable allows to load the work-pieces when another batch being processing at same time. Advantages of the WQPY machine include: high efficiency, less media consumption, improved machine uptime, less space share, and low noise.
Initiation in China. Instead of traditional acid washing methods, double cantilever axial type WQPY wire-rod shot blast machine applies rotation type Gate with duel worktable plus duel cantilever eccentric shaft to load the wire-rod for processing. Full cast alloy steel cantilever shake the wire-rod up and down, left and right, and clockwise and anti-clockwise direction to make sure every surface of the job is cleaned thoroughly. All motions are controlled by PLC, and the machine allows HMI monitoring with friend panel for easy operation.

Jinan Wantong Foundry Equipment & Engineering Ltd., the pioneer who independent researched, designed and manufactured the first China Made Shot Blast machines in 1985. Wantong was founded in 1976, locates in Jinan, China, where all the shot blast equipment are designed and manufactured. His predecessor was Jinan Casting & Forging Research Institute, who was the member of Chinese Casting & Forging Association (total eight members) after P.R China was established. Over 40 years’ experience cast Wantong to be the bench-mark in Chinese surface treatment industry.
