- Air cycling is optimized to achieve more robust internal cylinder with fewer air holes.
- Piston is heat treated and reasonably structured with internal cylinder air guiding system to achieve higher efficiency and larger impacting energy transfer. The penetration speed is 10%-30% faster than competitor's products of the same specification.
- Piston case is made of best alloy steel ever for all ground drilling applications after countless trials of different material, even better reliability and longer life after patented heat treatment process.
- Multiple start threads are CNC machined with high accuracy to make it easier and smoother being screwed on and off the piston case.
- Driver sub is heat treated to achieve better wear resistance and longer serving life.
- Stop working mechanism: when stop supplying air and pulling hammer out of the hole bottom, the last strike of piston falls on the step on the inner wall of piston case, which protects the driver sub splines and retainer ring.
