Composition of the liquid mixing tank
The liquid mixing tank consists of the mixing drum, mixing tank cover, mixer, bearing, gear reducer,shaft sealing device and so on, If customers have request ,we can design and add heating or cooling device.
Material of agitator tank includs carbon steel Q235,stainless steel 304,316L,PE ,lined rubber or glass and so on. Agitator mixer tank and tank cover can be opened the feeding, discharging, observation, temperature, pressure, steam fractionation and safety vent pipe hole according to technological requirements .
Gear reducer is set on the top of Agitator tank , shaft sealing device can use machining seal or packing fill sealing, (according to user's actual requirement).
Based on customer production process requirement, many kinds of agiator type to satisfy with user's request such as anchor type, frame type, screw wheel type,folded tye,impeller blade,etc.
