Intelligent permanent magnet direct-drive motor system
Intelligent permanent magnet direct-drive motor system uses permanent magnet motor instead of traditional mechanical drive composing of asynchronous motor, reducer and hydraulic coupling, which is a revolutionary advance. It can drive production machinery directly ,making the drive system simpler ,more efficient ,less noise and easier installation .There is no need to do routine maintenance & repair, thus it saves lots of manpower and material resources .Identified by the national science and technology department ,this system has acquired many inventions ,utility models and appearance patents, which has reached the international advanced level.
Intelligent drive motor system
This system uses sensor-less vector control technology, which makes the system start at a constant and low speed. It avoids the large current of the motor start shocking the power grid and torque ripple shocking the drive system. Thus it reduces power grid failure and mechanical failure of the system. When system needs more than one motor to drive, it can balance the power by master-slave control, which can avoid damaging the motor because of the uneven treatment. In the meanwhile, the system uses internet to realize unattended operation, remote control. on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis.
High start torque and powerful overload ability
The start torque of asynchronous motor in the drive system is usually 55% of the rated torque, unable to realize full-load start ,while the torque of the permanent magnet motor in intelligent permanent magnet direct-drive system is 220% of the rated torque .When full-load or overload start is required by working condition ,it can start directly without artificial unloading ,avoiding the motor damaged caused by locked rotor and overload ,greatly reducing labor intensity of the workers.
Maintenance-free motor system
This system does not contain reducer and mechanical soft starting device ,so there is no need to replace lubricating oil and inspect gear box ,which saves the operating cost and reduces maintenance work.
Energy-efficient permanent magnetic motor
Now take belt conveyor as an example to calculate energy-saving benefit .This belt conveyor is driven by two 92% 500kW three-phase asynchronous motors ,now replaced by two 95% 300kW permanent magnet direct-drive motors.
