This kit is designed for qualitative detection of Rotavirus/Adenovirus antigens in the specimen through antigen antibody reaction with high degree of specificity and immune chromatography analysis. 
The membrane was immobilized with rotavirus antibodies-specific on the test well (R) ,adenovirus antibodies-specific on the test well (A) and corresponding antibodies on the control well(C).During testing, the diluted stool sample is added to the sample well(S) of the test cassette and reacts with anti-rotavirus/adenovirus antibodies conjugated to colored particles and precoated onto the sample pad of the test. Then, the mixture migrates through the membrane by capillary action and interacts with reagents on the membrane. if the rotavirus or adenovirus is positive, a colored band will form at test well(R) or (A), if both rotavirus and adenovirus are positive, colored bands will form at both test wells (R and A). The colored band indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result. No matter if the rotavirus /adenovirus antigen exist or not, red band will appear in control well (C), The appearance of a colored band at the control well(C) serves as a procedural control, indicating that the proper volume of specimen has been added and membrane wicking has occurred.

8. Anti-interference Performance: No interference by Vitamin C 20mg/dl, human hemoglobin 1000mg/dl and animal hemoglobin 2000mg/dl, bilirubin 60mg/dl , oxalic acid 1000mg/dl, human serum albumin(HSB) 20000mg/dl and triglyceride 500mg/dl. 
9. No cross reaction when testing other fungi and bacteria such as: Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus mirabilis, Neisseria gonorrhea, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter spp, Group B Streptococcus, Enterococcus faecalis, Salmonella choleraesius, Proteus vulgaris, Group C Streptococcus, Enterococcus faecium, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Hemophilus influenzae, Branhamella catarrhalis, Escherichia coli, Neisseria meningitides, Candida albicans ,Chlamydia trachomatis etc

PRECAUTIONS 

1.The kit is for disposable use only 
2.The kit is for in vitro use only 
3.Put on gloves, gauze mask and protective uniform before the test 
4.Use the test cassette in 30 minutes once open in order to avoid incorrect result. 
5.Do not damp the test cassette before test. 
6.Do not intermingle the components of kits of different batches 
7.Excessive or sticky specimen may block up the test cassette, if so, place for a while after dilution or take supernatant after centrifugal before test. 
8.Do not add excessive specimen into the test well, otherwise it may cause incorrect result 
9.Pay attention to preservative Na3N contained in the buffer, prevent skin and eyes from contacting it. 
10.Used and contaminated materials should be disinfected and sterilized.
