1. Professional insulating glass butyl extruder/ double glazing glass machine
2. This machine is used for the first sealing of insulating glass, butyl sealant coating.
3. The man-machine interface touch screen, PLC control system.
4. Coating for straight line and arc shapes of aluminum spacer bar.
5. The distance between the two sealant mouth / glue nozzles can be adjusted,not need to release the pressure and fasten the screw, easy and convenient.
6. Alarming system is set when the sealant has been exhausted so the operator can fill in the sealant in time.
7. Three steps of transfer speed, not need to adjust sealing and transfer time.
