DIP/PAY PROCEDURE.
1. Send ICPO+CP+ buyer Passport
2. Seller wills Issue CI. Buyer and Seller fully signed CI (meaning both parties have accepted to close the transaction under the same term and condition of the signed CI)
3. Buyer immediately bear Dip Test cost direct to seller bank or to seller logistic department bank (any of the buyer choice) Seller Logistics unit invite and arrange with sgs company to fix when and time to conduct the product dip test along side with Buyer Representative.
4. Seller issue Buyer DTA, Seller and buyer conduct Dip Test on Q&Q at FOB site or in Seller Farm, and the result will be accepted as standard for the transaction (Seller provide product certificate by SGS Inspection company.
5. After buyer successfully conduct dip test and received the DIP TEST result document to verify the current product Q&Q, with SGS immediately Within 24hours Buyer issue full payment via mt103/tt for the immediately lift able lot.
6. Seller commences expedition of the merchandize & provides full harbour permit/act title transfer of ownership of all product documents to buyers company name. Lifting commences.
