ApplicationsA fast curing accelerator for styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber and 4-polybutadiene rubber. Ingenerally,it is unsuitable to natural rubber. Easy incipient scorch, generally adding kinds of thiazole and sulfonamide to improve its safety. Mainly used at carbon, industrial products ect.. Used as main accelerator in styrene-butadiene rubber,the use level is 0.2～0.75, matching with 1.5～0.2 of sulfonamide and 2.0～0.5 of sulfur; used as second accelerator, adding 0.05～0.2 of it,matching with 0.5～2.0 sulfonamide and 2.5～1.5 of sulfur. Used as main accelerator in butyl rubber, the use level is 1.0～2.0, matching with 0.5～2.0 sulfonamide and 2.0～1.0 of sulfur.
StorageStore closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
