Product Information
1174 resin is a member of the highly durable glycoluril family of “aminoplast” crosslinking
agents. It is highly monomeric, being mostly tetramethoxymethyl glycoluril. 1174 resin crosslinks both polyester and acrylic polymers having hydroxyl functionality
when heated in the presence of a strong acid catalyst such as sulfonic acid or POWDERLINK
MTSI catalyst.

appliances and in general industrial applications, such as lighting fixtures.
