Product Information
ELS301m is a solution product developed to clean injection molds that are used for the production of plastic parts for mobile phones, automobiles, and LED lights. This electrolytic solution is designed for application to electrolysis-ultrasound cleaning equipment to remove pollutants from the surface of a mold in 15~30 minutes.
ELS301m allows distilled water to replenish a natural reduction in the solution due to evaporation and provide economic benefits thanks to its longer replacement cycle than other competitors’ products.
ELS301m improves glossiness on the surface of a mold after electrolytic cleaning.
ELS301m resists the formation of rust on the surface of a mold after electrolytic cleaning. Rather, it goes as far as to remove the rust when it is used to clean a mold on which rust has developed.
