YNV fender

NV fender is enhanced more against OV Fender. NV fender has 15% increased energy absorption force If compared with to other arch fender(In case of same size and rubber grade) Compression capacity is increased from 45% to 52.5% because of suitable structure and shape design. And It has quick setup and replace. reaction force 17% and 32% surface reaction force is decreased If NV is compared to other arch fender with same energy absorption force

YOV Fender

OV has a great energy absorption and low reaction force. The arch type can reduce hull pressure if the arch fender is compressed. And It has four rubber grade. The arch type fender has a various size and energy capacity. It is easy setup and suitable for every docking facility.

YCV Fender

The fender is the most common fender in the field. Steel plate is embedded in the whole bottom of fender for

reinforcement. Reaction force and energy absorption are physically stable type on all direction. It is easy setup and maintenance.

YBP Fender

The fender is appropriated for protecting docking facility from lateral berthing load. The fender has minimum damage because of an unbreakable type, and suitable for wide field with vessel hull

CY Fender

It has cylindrical structure. The capacity is withstanding large compressive deformation with low reaction load.

YSBP Fender

Super bumper fender(SBP) is improved from existing Bumper type, and it is specialized to minimize damages, caused by the impact of crash, to the bridges and hulls. Also it has superior energy absorption capacity

with outstanding compression deformation ratio of the fender body. Also this type can be installed on any curved surface of the bridges.

Turtle Fender

This is developed for berthing at small size vessel. Existing OV-Fender, CV-Fender, BP-Fender was developed for berthing medium & large size vessels, But it didn't have good performance at small size vessels.

So Turtle Fender can be applied instead of secondhand tires mainly used at small size vessel.

It can be produced and installed with low price and it has high durability.
