The CMQS1-400/5.2S types coal mine pneumatic deep hole drilling machine takes the compressed air as the power source, and it is one light type deep hole pneumatic drilling device with caterpillar type walking structure. It is widely used in the coal mine seam water exploration hole, water drainage hole, water injection hole, anchor-rod hole, gas exploration hole, gas drainage hole, pressure relief hole and other drilling construction. It can match the use of the ø69、ø76、ø89 high efficiency screw drilling rods and ø42 geological drilling rods.
Product features
(1). The drilling machine is the single column support one, it is not necessary to match another single hydraulic prop to fix the drilling machine. When the caterpillar does not move, it can adjust the body rotated 180°to the right lateral wall construction after having finished the left lateral wall construction.
(2) The drilling machine can achieve the automation from the body moving, direction adjustment, and the drilling angle adjustment (the original angle adjustment need to be adjusted manually), which reduces the labor intensity of the workers effectively.
(3) The size of the drilling machine is small, and it can move freely in a minimum 1.5 meters of narrow laneway.
(4) High degree of automation: in addition to achieve the rotation and feed by the air motor, it can also achieve a more humanized mechanical action; there is a rotary reducer below the middle column, it can achieve the horizontal hydraulic drive±180°angle adjustment; There is also a rotary reducer in the middle of guide rail and the bracket, to achieve the vertical hydraulic drive maximum rang -60 °~ 90 °angle adjustment; There is also a hydraulic cylinder below driving the guide rail lift.
