This machine applies to slitting and rewinding for 25-120gsm paper ( such as cigarette paper , tipping paper , cigarette label paper and other rolled paper used for packing and decoration )

2.Main motor drive by the variable frequency motor , and controlled by the inverter , have smooth and fast speed.
3.The rewinding roller lifting pneumatically ,two servo motor driving rewinding automatic tension control.
4.Unwinder by the variable frequency motor , and controlled by the inverter , automatic tension control.
5.Unwinder adopts air shaft to loading and unload material , lifting by air pressure, it is easy for loading , unloading and with high efficiency , has web guide system.
6.It adopts rotary knife for slitting , regularity disc surface , the scrap edge discharged by blower.
7.The system has meter counting , calculate roller diameter , automatic stop by setting length.
8.The system has a perfect integration design with machine , electricity and pneumatic , and takes complete safety protective measure.
