Note: because your raw materials are caco3+hdpe+hdpe - masterbatch, to ensure the machine can run well. We need to upgrade some parts, such as enlarge main motor to be 18.5kw (normal is 15kw), screw Ratio L/D to be 30:1 (normal is 28:1), material will be 645 alloy steel (normal is 38 chrome molybdenum aluminium), T-Cock will be enlarged, etc
Function:
1. The machine can used to produce high-low density polyethylene(HDPE/LDPE, which has been widely used for producing laminating film, packing film, agricultural covering film, bag or film for textile and clothing and other packing application.
2. The main motor adopts frequency control of motor speed to improve the speed regulating standility of main motor and save electricity by 30%.
3. Screw and material barrel adopt 38CrMoAi(chrome-molybdenum aluminum ) and nitrogen treated.
The traction frame adopts lifting style, no matter what size the film is big or small, it can achieve the best effect of cooling, transparency, and brightness.
