Our prices are quoted for delivery F.O.T. ex work Düzce-Turkey, including packing and supervising of assembly on site.

Prices with reservation to change, if there are changed costs of manufacturing.

Payable against irrevocable L/C; 50% at the time of ordering, 50% at delivery against B/L

Time of delivery: 12-14 weeks after clearing up all technical and commercial questions.

All sales, use, excise or other state or local taxes to which this transaction is or may be subject are to be paid by the Purchaser.

For the erection of one dryers at the customer’s factory in Lithuanian, Orent will provide 2 technicians for a period of 10 days. Their labour cost is included in the price. The travel, accomodation and meal expenses are to be paid by the Buyer.

Additional working and travelling days of one technician, caused by the Buyer, will be charged as 50 Eur/day.

During the assembly period the customer will provide a team of workers per following qualifications:

3-4 simple workers

Corrections in view of technical development are in our reservation.
