cylindrical-shaped sifting machine mainly consists of drum, screen frame,
hopper, reducer and motor. Generally applied to evenly separate finished
material products and for further sieving. Classified into two types according
to its cover (open type and closed type) and shaft (shaft type and shaft less
type). Both design and screen body materials can
be customized to clients’ preferences.
Working Principle
Materials
entering the drum screen move forward along with the rotation of drum.
Materials will be tossed and rolled along the screen where smaller size
materials will sieve through while bigger size materials will roll through the
end of the rotating screen. The feed end of cylindrical drum is normally elevated
at an angle.
