Product Information
Printing inks using ACRYCOTE® polymers will outperform conventional resins in areas of flow, hold-out, gloss and solubility. Whether used in gravure printing, flexographic printing, or inkjet printing inks, our ACRYCOTE® emulsions ensure superior adhesion, sharpness and color richness with an array of substrates.
In particular, ACRYCOTE® AF-7802 is a styrene-acrylic copolymer non-film-forming emulsion for use in water-based OPV and flexographic-printing ink, providing high heat seal and film release properties. The heat resistant properties may be further enhanced by the addition of zinc ammonium carbonate solution. In OPV, ACRYCOTE® AF-7802 additionally provides gloss and optical clarity.
