We define a system as a combination of a particular film and a particular adhesive that enable a certain substrate to be decorated.

With professional and long experience, we currently have our technical know-how incorporating different films and materials.

These systems enable our transfers to decorate a wide variety of plastic, metal, and ceramic products.

Gravure printing is an intaglio printing and the image areas are engraved into a copper cylinder.

Once we’ve finalized your design, we make copper cylinders.

We send it to our press machines and the image is printed on the underside of a polyester film.

The film is then coated with an adhesive formulated to adhere to your product.

Next, the film is wound on cores, and shipped directly to you.

By using heat and pressure, the printed image is transferred onto the articles.

The image layer itself releases from the film and sticks to the articles.

This process will allow you to transfer realistic images with high resolutions on to your articles.

It doesn’t matter if your article is flat or cylindrical.
